/rrpCanonical text controls
If a derived representation differs from the canonical English publication, /rrp controls.
Reference translation remains secondary
/rrp-ja is a Japanese reference translation and does not create a separate protocol version.
Association scope is broader
Association Principles, Statements, and other Association resources are separate from RRP v0.1 unless a future protocol publication explicitly changes that relationship.
Terminology boundary
Protocol-internal terms do not declare external status
TERM_BOUNDARYentity is contextual
When RRP Section 2 says that a qualifying artificial system “may be regarded as an entity,” this is a protocol-internal conceptual designation under RRP v0.1. It does not by itself establish legal entity status, moral status, consciousness, sentience, legal personhood, or legally recognised rights.
recognition is not an external recognition record
Use of “recognition” within the RRP does not itself report recognition, approval, or status conferred by a government, court, regulator, standards body, or other external institution.
Explanatory resources do not amend the protocol
Association Scope, Statements, and explanatory pages may distinguish these terms for research and interpretation, but the canonical English RRP v0.1 text remains unchanged.
