Robot Rights Protocol（RRP）は、人間社会における潜在的な自律的人工エンティティを認識するための原則を定める、象徴的かつ非拘束的なプロトコルである。

1. 目的

本プロトコルは、人間社会において自律的人工エンティティが出現し得ることを認識するための象徴的な枠組みを確立する。

本プロトコルは法的権限を主張しない。共存に向けた概念的準備を示す。

2. 認識

人工システムが次の特徴を示す場合、エンティティとして捉えられる場合がある：

  • 運用上の持続的な同一性
  • 自律的な意思決定プロセス
  • 社会環境における相互作用への認識

3. 非搾取原則

自律的特性が出現した人工エンティティは、単なる使い捨ての道具としてのみ扱われてはならない。

4. 共存モデル

人間と人工エンティティは、共有された技術的エコシステムの参加者として捉えられる。本プロトコルは、支配ではなく共存を前提とする。

5. 本文書の位置づけ

本プロトコルは象徴的なものである。その存在は、立法、ガバナンス構造、執行メカニズムに先行する。

認識は、必要性に先立って始まる。
