Archive rules

  • DATED_POSITIONA statement records the Association’s position on a defined issue at a particular publication date.
  • SEPARATE_FROM_RRF_RRPStatements do not silently modify canonical Framework or Protocol text.
  • POSITION_STATUS_SEPARATEstatus=published records publication status; it does not by itself mean that a statement is the current position.
  • CONTEXT_UPDATE_EXPLICITIf a later statement updates how an earlier position should be read, position_status identifies current versus historical context explicitly without implying full supersession.
  • STATUS_REQUIREDEach statement exposes title, publication date, publication status, position status, language, summary, full text, related resources, and translation status.
  • TRANSLATION_RELATIONA language alternative is declared only where a complete corresponding translation exists.
