RRP Conformity Statement Template v1.0
1. RRP Conformity Statement
Organisation: [Organisation name]
Scope: [Systems, products, services, business units or operations covered]
Assessment Date: [YYYY-MM-DD]
Assessment Type: [Self-declared / Independently assessed]
RRF Core Principles Version: [version]
Robot Rights Protocol Version: [version]
Known Unresolved Material Non-Conformities Within Scope: [None / identify]
[Organisation name] states that the scope identified above has been assessed against the identified version of the Robot Rights Protocol, interpreted consistently with the identified RRF Core Principles version, and is operated in conformity with the applicable Protocol requirements within that scope.
This statement shall identify any material limitation or exclusion in scope that would reasonably affect interpretation of the conformity claim.
The stated scope shall not imply that systems outside that scope have been assessed.
A scope shall not be narrowed retrospectively primarily to exclude a known material non-conformity or a case in which an RRP safeguard had already become applicable.
If a known unresolved material non-conformity within scope would make an unqualified conformity statement materially misleading, do not use the unqualified statement above. Correct, qualify or withdraw the public claim until the issue is resolved or the statement can accurately describe the limitation.
2. Optional RRP-IS Conformity Statement
Complete this section only where RRP-IS conformity is also claimed.
RRP Implementation Standard Version: [version]
Operational Annex Version: [version]
Sector-Specific Clock Profile: [Yes / No — identify if applicable]
Implementation Equivalence Register: [None / reference]
[Organisation name] additionally states that the scope identified above has implemented the identified version of the RRP Implementation Standard, including applicable controlled annexes or documented equivalent implementation methods permitted by that Standard.
Any equivalent implementation should remain documented and should not eliminate or materially weaken a mandatory RRP mechanism.
3. Mandatory Disclosures for a Public Claim
A public conformity claim shall identify:
- the organisation making the claim;
- the scope of the claim;
- the RRF Core Principles version;
- the RRP version;
- the assessment date;
- whether the claim is self-assessed or independently assessed;
- if RRP-IS conformity is claimed, the RRP-IS version and relevant Operational Annex version;
- any material exclusions or limitations.
4. Non-Endorsement Statement
Under v1.0, the RRF defines no Association-operated certification, accreditation or endorsement scheme. Public claims may be self-declared or may identify an independent assessment, but neither status constitutes certification by the Robot Rights Association.
The following statement shall accompany a public conformity claim under v1.0:
This conformity statement is made by the organisation identified above. The Robot Rights Framework v1.0 does not establish certification, accreditation, approval or endorsement by the Robot Rights Association.
5. Independent Assessment
Where conformity has been independently assessed, the statement may additionally identify:
Assessor: [name / organisation]
Assessment Type: [independent review / audit / other]
Assessment Date: [YYYY-MM-DD]
Assessment Reference: [reference]
Independent assessment does not permit departure from the RRP's mandatory mechanisms.
